Paid tickets
3.5% + €0.48
per ticket sold. Payment processing included.
- The buyer pays it, and sees it written before paying. You collect the full ticket price.
- Card processing is on us. There is no second 2.9% waiting at the bottom.
- The payment lands in your Stripe account at the moment of sale. Stripe pays it out to your bank, on the schedule you choose.
- Refunds: the buyer gets the ticket price back. Not the fee, because Stripe has already taken its cut.
The fee never drops below €0.49. It is a floor, not a rate: the formula clears it on a ticket of €0.43.

If you refund
The buyer gets the ticket price back, not the fee: Stripe does not return its cut. The refund costs you nothing, because the €10.00 sit in your Stripe account and go back from there, in full.
When it lands
In your Stripe account the moment the ticket is paid. Stripe pays them out to your bank on the schedule you pick in your dashboard: daily, weekly or whenever you say.
What your accountant gets
The night’s statement, from your community: gross, fees, refunds, net. The ticket price is your takings. We invoice you our fee every month; Stripe invoices you for card processing.
Stripe’s share is the one for European cards (1.5% + €0.25). With a non-European card its share grows and ours shrinks: your ticket does not change.
Receipts and payouts
At the door you ring up a receipt. Online, who does?
You do, because the ticket is your sale, through your own Stripe account. Here is the full loop, from payment to payout.
01The buyer
Pays online
By card, from the event page. Above the pay button it says who is selling: you, under your community’s legal name. They get a ticket with a QR code, which is not a tax document.
02Stripe
The payment lands in your account
You sell with your own Stripe account: the payment is yours from the first instant and Stripe’s receipt carries your name. We only keep our fee, through Stripe, already net of card processing.
03You
Issue the tax document
You are the seller, so you certify the ticket price: an Italian “documento commerciale” (the old receipt) from your fiscal till or the Revenue Agency’s free web tool, or an invoice if asked. Neither Stripe nor we issue it for you.
04Stripe
Pays out to your bank
On the schedule you pick in your Stripe dashboard. From your community you download the statement for your accountant: gross, fees, refunds, net, night by night.
What stays with you
- Certify the ticket sale: for the ticket price, not the total paid. Our fee is not your sale.
- Fill in your community’s tax details (legal name, tax code or VAT number): they are what the buyer sees at checkout.
- Settle your tax regime with your accountant. A non-profit selling within its institutional activity may only need a plain receipt; a commercial activity issues the fiscal document, with VAT or exempt.
- If entry is a show that requires SIAE ticketing, online sales must go through an SIAE ticketing system: we don’t issue those today. Write to us before opening sales.
What stays with us
- Give you the platform and the link to your Stripe account: pages, sign-ups, QR tickets, check-in.
- Certify our own fee: it is our service, so we document it.
- Invoice you our fee every month, electronically.
- Give you a statement for every night, ready for your accountant.
This page is not tax advice: your organisation’s regime is your accountant’s call. If you like, we’ll send it to them along with a sample statement.
Comparison
What the same ticket costs to sell
Total cost of the sale — platform fee plus payment processing — on a single ticket. Public rate cards, September 2026.
| Ticket price | aion vibes | Eventbrite | Luma | Traditional presale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| €5.00 | €0.66 | €0.67 | €0.70 | €0.50–0.75 |
| €10.00 | €0.83 | €0.84 | €1.09 | €1.00–1.50 |
| €20.00 | €1.18 | €1.19 | €1.88 | €2.00–3.00 |
| €50.00 | €2.23 | €2.24 | €4.25 | €5.00–7.50 |
| €100.00 | €3.98 | €3.99 | €8.20 | €10.00–15.00 |
- Below Eventbrite at every price. By one cent, and not by accident: our fixed part was chosen to sit under theirs.
- Between 6% and 51% below Luma, where the platform fee and the card fee stack up.
- Our line is the whole of it: there is no second charge waiting at payout time.
And the Italian presale?
On the traditional circuits the cost is not called a fee: it is called presale rights, and the public pays it on top of the price. On a €20 ticket that is two or three euros. Here it is €1.18, and you know it before the box office opens.
Same ticket, same day, public rate cards in hand. If they change, this table changes.
Comparison sources
- Eventbrite — Essentials package, Italy: 3.5% + €0.49 service fee per ticket.
- Luma — Free plan: 5% platform fee, plus Stripe (2.9% + €0.30) charged to the organizer.
- Traditional presale — Italian circuits like TicketOne and Vivaticket publish no organizer rate card: the cost reaches the public as presale rights, typically between 10% and 15% of the price. TicketOne’s terms cap the rights the organizer keeps, on top of its own service fees.
Video
An hour and a quarter of talk. Twenty-five reels come out.
Off Topic Club, second edition: one fixed camera, four guests, 74 minutes without a cut. The platform listens to all of it, finds the complete takes — from the start of a thought to its end, never mid-sentence — frames whoever is speaking, adds captions, name and title, and queues them for publishing. You move whatever doesn’t convince you.

Options
You only pay for what you switch on
Every line starts from a price because the real cost depends on how many photos, sign-ups and messages. None of them turns itself on.
Face recognition
Each guest takes a selfie and gets their own photos from the night. Nobody scrolls a folder of two thousand shots looking for themselves.
From €0.05 per indexed photo
or from €59 per event, up to 1,500 photos and unlimited guests
Face data is deleted when the event closes. Every guest is asked for consent, always.
Best Moments
The night’s recap, edited on its own: landscape video, vertical reel, branded photos. Ready while your guests are still heading home.
From €89 per event
with AI-generated intro and outro, from €149
From event to social in a second
Posts, stories and reels already written and already cut for each channel, from your event’s own photos and data. You approve, it ships.
From €39 per event
or from €199/month with automatic publishing across every channel
Check-in, staff and wallet
QR scanner for your staff, tickets in Apple and Google Wallet, a door list that updates on every phone at once.

Events and sign-ups on your community’s own domain, under your brand. Aion stays underneath, not in front.

Exports and CRM
Sign-ups, attendance and form answers landing where you keep your contacts, without a hand-made CSV in between.

Who gets it
You already have the right audience. It’s inside your past events.
Sending the invite to everyone is the fastest way to get muted. These are the cuts the platform can make on its own, because they are things it already knows about whoever came through.
Came before
Whoever checked in at an event of yours in the same category, in the last six months.
Thought about it
Opened the page, or the email, and never signed up. The segment that converts best and the one nobody uses.
Is nearby
City and radius, from the profile’s stated location — not from location quietly tracked.
Looks like yours
The audience that resembles your sign-ups, built on the channels the campaign actually runs on.
Promotion
Filling the room, in three steps
You climb one at a time and stop where it’s enough. The first one the platform does, the second we do once, the third we do every month.
In-house
Your own people. Push, email and feed to whoever already follows you, with reminders that fire on their own.
From €29 per event
- The audience is cut along the four dimensions above
- Push, email and feed, each to the segment that answers it
- Automatic reminders at −7 days, −1 day and −2 hours
- Whoever already signed up stops getting the invitation
Social
Outside your bubble. The same segments become audiences on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Google, with paid promotion set up by us.
From €190 per event
- Your sign-ups uploaded as a lookalike audience, not a cold list
- Reels, posts and stories produced for the event
- Paid campaign set up and monitored
- Ad budget excluded — it stays yours, on your account
Managed
Not one event: the season. Several campaigns at once, run by us month after month, with a report of what actually brought sign-ups and at what cost.
From €790/month
- Multiple campaigns across several events in parallel
- Weekly budget optimisation across events
- Monthly report: cost per sign-up, per channel, per event
- From 10% on the managed ad budget
